摘　　要：现有心理健康教育咨询管理系统在安全性和运行效率方面还存在一定不足,为此,文中设计基于Apriori算法的心理健康教育咨询管理系统。考虑系统用户操作、咨询、信息处理和保密功能需求,重点从客户端和服务端两个模块设计系统,两模块之间使用双向通信连接。用户注册或登录账号,通过在线咨询或量表测试从客户端提交咨询信息,咨询信息传递至服务器后,在服务端进行数据预处理,将用户心理咨询数据库进行划分,对划分后的数据采用Apriori算法进行关联规则挖掘。若关联度高,则通过设置参数与索引知识库相连接获取回复结果;若关联度较低,则采用邮件、留言等方式与咨询专家进行沟通,获取反馈结果,整个信息处理过程进行加解密操作,由此完成系统设计。实验结果表明,该系统数据挖掘精度高达96.7%,且具有较好的安全性,运行耗时短,整体性能较好。The existing mental health education consultation management system still has some deficiencies in terms of safety and operation efficiency.Therefore,a mental health education consultation management system based on Apriori algorithm is designed.In consideration of the functional requirements of user operation,consultation,information processing and confidentiality of the system,the system design is focused mainly on the client module and server module.Two-way communication is used for connection between the two modules.Users need to register or login to personal account,and then submit consulting information from the client for online consulting or scale testing.After consulting information transfers to the server,the server executes data preprocessing,and divides the user psychological counseling data.The Apriori algorithm is used to perform the association rule mining of the divided data.If the correlation degree is high,it is connected by setting the parameter with the index knowledge base to get reply as a result.If the correlation degree is low,the communication ways such as E-mail or short message will be adopted to consult some experts to get feedback as a result.The whole process of information processing is decryption operation.Thus the system design is completed.The experimental results show that the data mining precision of the system is up to 96.7%,and has good security,short running time and good overall performance.
