摘　　要：蒸谷米因其营养价值高逐渐被世界各国人民所接受,但是其因含油量高,增加了加工难度,降低了其商品价值,能否合理设计出蒸谷米加工工艺流程成为了大米加工项目能否成功的关键。Parboiled rice is gradually accepted by people all over the world because of its high nutritional value.However,its high oil content increases the difficulty of processing and reduces its commodity value.The reasonable design of parboiled rice processing technology has become a rice processing project.
