摘  要:骨肉瘤是最常见的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,侵袭性强、易转移、预后较差,其发病机制尚不明确。微RNA(miRNA/miR)与多种恶性肿瘤相关,miR-22是非常重要的miRNA家族成员,被认为与骨肉瘤的生长、侵袭和治疗息息相关。miR-22可通过抑制ATP柠檬酸裂解酶抑制骨肉瘤细胞生长,并促进其凋亡,从而抑制其侵袭和转移;通过延缓上皮-间充质转化的进展抑制骨肉瘤的迁移和侵袭;miR-22可调控多种自噬相关因子,进而降低甚至逆转骨肉瘤细胞对化疗药物的抗性,增加敏感性。因此,miR-22在预测骨肉瘤患者预后、提高骨肉瘤患者生存率方面具有重要意义。Osteosarcoma is the most common primary malignant bone tumor with strong invasiveness,easy metastasis and poor prognosis,the pathogenesis of which is still unclear.MicroRNA(miRNA/miR)is associated with a variety of malignant tumors,and miR-22 is a very important member of the MiRNA family which is considered to be closely related to the growth,invasion and treatment of osteosarcoma.MiR-22 can inhibit the growth of osteosarcoma cells by inhibiting ATP citrate lyase,promoting its apoptosis,thus inhibiting its invasion and metastasis,and inhibiting the migration and invasion of osteosarcoma by delaying the progress of epithelial-mesenchymal transition.miR-22 can regulate a variety of autophagy related factors,and then reduce or even reverse the resistance of osteosarcoma cells to chemotherapeutic drugs and increase the sensitivity.Therefore,miR-22 is of great significance in predicting the prognosis,and improving the survival rate of the osteosarcoma patients.
