儿童医院体外诊断试剂的规范化及信息化管理与应用

摘　　要：目的构建体外诊断试剂的规范化和精细化管理体系。方法规范体外诊断试剂采购管理制度,制订严格准入条件,创新新试剂准入制度,提出新试剂采购审批与新项目相结合的新模式。同时,运用信息化手段从证件管理、采购管理、库房管理等方面对体外诊断试剂进行精细化管理。结果实现了体外诊断试剂的审批、采购、领用、消耗的全程追溯,试剂丢失、过期现象明显减少。结论通过试剂采购管理制度的完善及信息化平台的建设,提升了医院试剂管理的效率,提高了体外诊断试剂的精细化管理水平。基于体外诊断试剂信息化管理系统,可实现成本-效益可控。Objective To develop a normalized and refined management system for in vitro diagnostic reagents.Methods The purchasing management system of in vitro diagnostic reagents was normalized and strict access conditions were formulated.The access system of the new reagent was innovated,and a new mode combining new reagent procurement approval with new project development was put forward.Meanwhile,the information technology was used to obtain the fine management of in vitro diagnostic reagents from the aspects of certificate management,purchasing management,warehouse management,etc.Results The approval,purchase,requisition and consumption of in vitro diagnostic reagents could be traced by the management system,and the loss and expiration of reagents could be reduced obviously.Conclusion The efficiency of hospital reagent management and the level of refined management of in vitro diagnostic reagents have been improved by the improvement of the reagent purchasing management system and the development of the information platform.Based on the information management system of in vitro diagnostic reagents,the cost-effectiveness can be controlled.
