摘　　要：周期性放电是长程脑电监测中一种常见的脑电图模式,可见于多种神经系统疾病中。周期性放电在昏迷患者预后评估中具有良好的预测作用,使得越来越多的研究开始关注该模式在临床中的应用价值。对周期性放电模式的及时干预可降低患者癫痫发作的风险并改善患者的预后。本文从周期性放电的定义、分类、病因、流行病学、预后及干预等多个方面总结了周期性放电模式的最新研究进展。Periodic discharge is a common EEG mode in long-term EEG monitoring,which can be seen in a variety of neurological diseases.The good predictive value of periodic discharge in the prognosis of coma patients makes increasing studies pay attention to the clinical value of this mode.Timely intervention of periodic discharge patterns can reduce the risk of seizures and improve the prognosis of patients.This review summarizes the latest research progress of periodic discharge patterns from the aspects of definition,classification,etiology,epidemiology,prognosis and intervention.
