摘　　要：通过对职工民主监督融入企业监督体系意义的分析,探索运用职工民主监督融入企业监督体系的途径和方法,把职工民主监督融入企业大监督体系,为推进企业高质量发展提供有力支撑。This paper analyzes the significance of integrating workers'democratic supervision into the supervision system of enterprises,explores the ways and methods of integrating workers'democratic supervision into the supervision system of enterprises,and integrates workers'democratic supervision into the large supervision system of enterprises to provide strong support for promoting high-quality development of enterprises.
