摘  要:随着我国高等教育国际化的不断深入,医学专业成为来华学历留学生除工科类专业外的首选专业选择,学习人数越来越多。在来华医学留学生的管理实践中,留学生干部扮演着群体领导、精神领袖和活动先锋的角色,发挥着组织、示范、引领的重要作用。在国际学生趋同化管理模式背景下,从任用、激励、约束三个方面研究探索来华留学生干部管理机制的构建,充分发挥留学生干部的"领头羊"作用,对缓解留学生管理的压力和矛盾,提升管理层次和实效具有积极意义。With the deepening of the internationalization of higher education in China,medical major has be-come the first choice for overseas students besides engineering majors,and the number of students is increasing.In the management practice of international medical students in China,class representatives of international students play an important role in organization,demonstration and guidance as group leaders,spiritual leaders and pioneers in activities.Under the background of applying similar standards for all students,it is of positive significance to explore the management mechanism of class representatives of international students from the three aspects of appointment,incentive and restraint and give full play to their leading role,so as to alleviate the pressure and contradictions of international students’management and improve the management level and effectiveness.
