摘 要:探讨在口腔黏膜病学实习教学中引入模拟病例教学的应用效果。选取两组本科生分别为模拟病例教学组和对照组,通过实习成绩及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果显示模拟病例教学组的口腔黏膜病学实习成绩(平均分93.92±3.31;P<0.001,t检验)显著高于对照组的成绩(平均分88.62±5.70);学生对模拟病例教学认同度达97%以上,愿意接受这一教学形式。模拟病例教学在口腔黏膜病学实习中具有可行性,值得试用推广。To explore the application effect of introducing simulated case teaching in the practice teaching of Oral Mucosal Pathology.Two groups of undergraduates were selected as simulated case teaching groups and control groups,and the teaching effect was evaluated through practice results and questionnaire survey.Results revealed the Oral Mucosal Pathology practice score of the simulated case teaching group(average score:93.92±3.31;P<0.001,t test)was significantly higher than that of the control group(average score:88.62±5.70).More than 97%of the students recognize simulated case teaching and are willing to accept this form of teaching.The simulated case teaching is feasible in the practice teaching of Oral Mucosal Pathology and is worthy of promotion.
