摘　　要：新时代高校肩负着为党育人、为国育才的重任,培养全面发展的时代新人需要“五育并举”。劳动教育以其树德、增智、强体、育美的功能,在整个教育体系中发挥着重要作用,而构建科学合理、特色鲜明的劳动教育实施体系则是开展劳动教育的首要条件。对部分高校大学生的劳动价值观现状及成因进行了调研,在数据分析的基础上,依据《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》,构建了以教学、实践、考核和评价、保障为内容的劳动教育实施体系。In the new era,colleges and universities are undertaking the important task of cultivating talents for the Party and the country,and cultivating talents in the era of all-round development requires“education in five-aspects”.Labor education plays an important role in the entire education system with its functions of building morals,enhancing intelligence,strengthening the body,and cultivating beauty.The construction of a scientific,reasonable and distinctive labor education implementation system is the primary condition for carrying out labor education.This paper investigates the current situations and causes of labor values of some college students.On the basis of data analysis and according to the“Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Colleges and Primary Schools in the New Era”,it establishes the labor education implementation system with teaching,practicing,assessment,evaluation and guarantee as the main content.
