摘　　要：分析了天然气发动机的燃烧特点及影响燃烧的活塞参数,对比了活塞燃烧室形状对气缸内流动的影响。针对某一款天然气发动机介绍了不同方案的活塞设计过程,并搭建台架对3种活塞方案进行对比,活塞方案确认后对发动机燃烧性能和活塞可靠性进行了确认。The combustion characteristics of natural gas engine and the parameters of piston influencing combustion are analyzed,and the influence of piston combustion chamber on the flow in cylinder is compared.For a natural gas engine,the design process of piston is introduced,and the test bench is built to compare the three kinds of piston pistons.After the piston is selected,the combustion performance and reliability are confirmed.
