摘　　要：在介绍数字化概念、特性的基础上,对不同研究视角下的数字化研究进行了比较和归纳。从创新类型入手,总结了实证研究中数字化对不同类型创新的影响作用。从企业的价值创造过程和商业模式构成要素的角度入手,重新界定了企业商业式创新的相关概念,阐述了企业商业模式价值共创过程中所呈现出来的特点,归纳并总结了数字化背景下企业商业模式创新的价值空间框架,最后对商业模式创新的研究方向进行了展望。Based on the introduction of the concept and characteristics of digitization,the paper compares and summarizes the digitization studies from different research perspectives.Starting from the types of innovation,this paper summarizes the impact of digitalization on different types of innovation in empirical research.From the enterprise’s value creation process and the view of business model elements,to define the related concepts of the innovation of enterprise business,this paper expounds the enterprise business model in the process of value creating by the characteristics of the present,enterprises under the background of digital,were summarized and the value of its business model innovation space framework,finally,the future business model innovation in the enterprises can carry out related research has carried on the simple future.
