摘　　要：技术的飞速发展正在快速颠覆传统的商业环境,企业如何在动态变化的环境中把握住行业发展新趋势并实现顺势发展,这是一个亟待研究的重要问题。本文基于动态能力的视角探讨企业顺势发展的内在过程,通过案例研究发现:(1)企业家先前知识的积累能直接促进企业家认知水平的提升,也能通过吸收能力不断吸收新的知识而间接促进企业家认知水平的提升;(2)企业家认知水平的提升有助于强化企业动态能力;(3)动态能力强的企业在动态变化的环境中能敏锐地感知到新的发展机会,并适时调整业务范围以及构建相应运作能力以捕获新机会而实现顺势发展。The rapid development of technology is rapidly subverting the traditional business environment.How to grasp the new trend of industry development and realize the homeopathic development in the dynamic environment is an important issue to be studied urgently.This paper studies the internal process of enterprise developing for the trend,based on the perspective of dynamic capabilities.Through case study,it shows:(1)The accumulation of entrepreneurs’prior knowledge can directly promote the improvement of entrepreneurs’cognitive level,but also indirectly promote the improvement of entrepreneurs’cognitive level by absorbing new knowledge.(2)Enhancement of entrepreneur’s cognitive level helps to strengthen enterprises’s dynamic ability;(3)Enterprises with strong dynamic capabilities can recognize new development opportunities in the dynamic environment,change their business scope and build corresponding operational capabilities to capture new opportunities and achieve development by conforming to trend.
