摘　　要：在线学习已经成为传统教学的重要辅助形式,混合式教学是现行高校教学的主流模式,学习模式的改变带来学习成效的变化。本文以《施工组织与概预算》在线课程教学为例,研究在线学习的优势与缺点,并且以此提出提高学习成效的措施:增加自制力监管,提升在线学习成效的学习环境,提升学生学习参与度,深度化学习技能,及时给予学习预警,有效反馈学生学习效果,指引学生积极讨论,全面学习成效评价等。Online learning has become an important auxiliary form of traditional teaching,blended teaching is the mainstream mode of current college teaching.The change of learning mode brings the change of learning effect.Tak-ing the online teaching course of construction organization and estimate budget as an example,this paper studies the advantages and disadvantages of online learning,put forward measures to improve learning effectiveness,such as in-creasing self-control regulation,promoting the learning environment of online learning,promoting students'learning participation and the depth of learning skills,giving timely warning and effective feedback to students'learning ef-fects,guiding students to discuss,evaluating learning effects comprehensively.
