摘　　要：本文分析了传统供应链体系的不足与弊端,强调利用互联网、人工智能、大数据等新的技术手段为智慧供应链系统赋能,帮助企业实现阳光化高效采购。通过采购联盟建设,整合行业资源,实现行业集采,为企业降本增效和高质量发展服务。This paper analyzes the shortcomings and defects of traditional supply chain system,and stresses that new technical methods can be used to help enterprises to realize sunshine and efficient purchase,such as Internet,Artificial Intelligence and Big Data.Through the building of purchasing consortia,to reorganize the industry resources and realize industry concentrated purchase,so as to provide services for enterprise’s cost decreasing and benefit increasing and high-quality development.
