摘　　要：抑郁症是以显著而持久的心境低落为主要临床特征的一种精神障碍。经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)作为常用的非侵入式神经活动调节手段,其作用机制与疗效仍存在争议,本文通过比较单一tDCS与药物以及两者联合作用效果,从tDCS作用机制、安全性、未来发展前景等方面综述tDCS在抑郁症治疗中的应用和进展。Depression is a kind of mental disorder characterized by significant and persistent low mood.Transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)is commonly used as a noninvasive neural activity regulating means,and its mechanism of action and efficacy remain controversial.In this paper,we review the application of tDCS in the treatment of depression from the perspectives of mechanism,safety,and future prospects by comparing the efficacy of t DCS alone and in combination with drugs.
