摘  要:目的比较非接触式眼压计(CanonTX-20P^(TM))与三维眼前节分析系统(Pentacam)对中央角膜厚度值(CCT)测量结果的异同,为临床角膜厚度快捷测量方法的准确性提供依据。方法收集2019年3~6月间在安徽医科大学第二附属医院眼科接受角膜屈光手术的患者共92例(184只眼),应用Pentacam与CanonTX-20P^(TM)进行术前CCT的测量。将Pentacam测量的CCT作为基准,将患者分为CCT≤510μm、510μm<CCT≤570μm及CCT>570μm 3组,使用配对t检验、Pearson相关性分析及一致性检验进行统计学分析。结果在CCT≤510μm、510μm<CCT≤570μm及CCT>570μm时Pentacam与CanonTX-20P^(TM)所测CCT结果分别为(491.17±22.06)μm vs.(487.77±21.66)μm、(544.27±14.23)μm vs.(539.09±14.86)μm及(587.24±10.51)μm vs.(580.88±9.65)μm,经配对t检验结果差异均有统计学意义(P=0.006,<0.001);Pearson相关性分析结果分别为0.950、0.888及0.842,结果均显示出较高相关性;两种仪器在CCT≤510μm、510μm<CCT≤570μm及CCT>570μm时一致性较差。结论与Pentacam测得的CCT结果相比,CanonTX-20P^(TM)测量的结果偏薄;两种仪器的一致性较差,不可互换。CanonTX-20P^(TM)由于其测量角膜厚度的精准性低于Pentacam,不适用于评估屈光手术及筛查圆锥角膜;在一致性比较中,虽其最大绝对值差值大于10μm但均小于20μm,故因其简便测量可适用于大规模临床初筛,其测量的角膜厚度对于眼压值的矫正有一定的临床价值。Objective To compare the consistency of central corneal thickness(CCT)measurement between the non-contact tonometer(CanonTX-20P^(TM))and Scheimpflug imaging system(Pentacam),so as to provide evidence for accurate and convenient CCT measurement in clinical practice.Methods A total of 92 patients(184 eyes)who underwent corneal refractive surgery in the Ophthalmic Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University from March 2019 to June 2019 were enrolled.Preoperative CCT was measured by both Pentacam and CanonTX-20P^(TM).Using the CCT measured by Pentacam as the benchmark,the patients were divided into three groups:CCT≤510μm,510μm<CCT≤570μm and CCT>570μm.Paired t-test,Pearson correlation analysis and consistency test were used for statistical analysis.Results The CCT results measured by Pentacam and CanonTX-20P^(TM) were(491.17±22.06)μm vs(487.77±21.66)μm,(544.27±14.23)μm vs(539.09±14.86)μm and(587.24±10.51)μm vs(580.88±9.65)μm in the CCT≤510μm,510μm<CCT≤570μm and CCT>570μm groups,respectively.Paired t-test showed significant between-group differences(P=0.006,P<0.001,respectively).The results of Pearson correlation analysis were 0.950,0.888 and 0.842 respectively,demonstrating high correlation.However,the Bland-Altman analysis showed the consistency of the two methods in measuring CCT was poor.Conclusions Compared with CCT measurement by Pentacam,the results of CanonTX-20P^(TM) measurements are thinner,and the consistency of the two instruments is poor and cannot be used interchangeably.Therefore,because the accuracy of measuring CCT using CanonTX-20P^(TM) is lower than Pentacam,it is not recommended for evaluating for refractive surgery and screening for keratoconus.In the consistency comparison,although the difference of the maximum absolute value is more than 10μm,it is also less than 20μm,so CanonTX-20P^(TM) can be used for large-scale clinical screening considering the simplicity in measurement,and its measurement of CCT has a certain clinical value for the corr
