角膜绷带镜在玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用价值观察

摘　　要：目的探讨软性角膜接触镜(角膜绷带镜)在玻璃体视网膜手术中的应用价值。方法随机化临床实验。2018年8月至2019年8月在扬州大学附属医院眼科由同一术者行玻璃体视网膜联合手术患者60例(60只眼),随机分为观察组30只眼及对照组30只眼。观察组术中使用角膜绷带镜覆盖角膜,并滋润角膜绷带镜表面,避免角膜绷带镜干燥。对照组术中使用眼用平衡盐溶液点眼保持角膜湿润。主要指标术中记录手术时间及使用眼用平衡盐溶液点眼次数,术后第1天裂隙灯显微镜观察角膜情况,行角膜荧光素染色检查并评分。结果术后第1天观察组角膜荧光素染色结果明显优于对照组,两组评分有统计学意义。结论角膜绷带镜可以在玻璃体视网膜联合手术中安全使用,能够长效保持角膜湿润,优化手术进程,提升患者的舒适感。Objective To explore the application value of soft corneal contact lens(corneal bandage lens)in vitreoretinal surgery.Methods This study was a randomized clinical trial.A total of 60 patients(60 eyes)who underwent vitreoretinal surgery by the same surgeon at the Affiliated Hospital of Yangzhou University from August 2018 to August 2019 were randomly divided into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,with 30 eyes in each group.Corneal bandage lens was used to cover the cornea and the surface of corneal bandage lens was moistened to avoid drying,while balanced salt solution(BSS)was used to keep the cornea moist during the surgery in the control group.The main outcome was the duration of the surgery and the frequency of BSS use during the surgery.The corneal condition was observed by slit lamp at 1 day after the surgery,and corneal fluorescein staining was performed and scored.Results The corneal fluorescence staining grades showed that the cornea condition in the experimental group was distinctly better than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusions Corneal bandage lens can be safely used during vitreoretinal surgery,which can effectively keep the cornea moist,optimize the surgery progress,and improve patients’comfort.
