抗青光眼药物治疗对眼表的损伤表现

摘　　要：青光眼是一组以视神经凹陷性萎缩和视野缺损为特征的疾病,其不可逆性视神经损害的主要危险因素是病理性高眼压,所以目前针对青光眼控制眼压的主要措施之一就是抗青光眼药物治疗。研究表明,抗青光眼滴眼液及其所含的防腐剂均会对患者的角膜、结膜及泪膜等眼表组织产生影响,从而引起眼部不适感和眼表功能的损害。本文主要针对抗青光眼治疗药物对眼表组织结构的损伤影响作一综述。Glaucoma is a group of diseases characterized by the optic nerve atrophy and visual field defects.The main risk factor of irreversible optic nerve damage is pathological high intraocular pressure(IOP),so one of the main interventions for controlling IOP is anti-glaucoma medication therapy.Studies have shown that anti-glaucoma eye drops and the preservatives they contain can affect the cornea,conjunctiva,tear film and other ocular surface tissues of the patient,leading to eye discomfort and impaired ocular surface function.This article focuses on a brief review of the effects of anti-glaucoma medications on the ocular surface tissue structure.
