摘  要:催化裂化长周期运行是实现效益最大化的必要条件,是催化裂化技术进步的表现和发展趋势,催化裂化装置长周期运行受到诸多因素影响,原料油的特性有着重要作用。单纯加工渣油的催化装置结焦重、烧焦负荷大、易尾燃和催化剂易中毒,不利于装置的长周期运行。目前单纯加工常压渣油的催化裂化比较少见。以河南某炼油厂的催化装置单炼常压渣油为例,列举了单炼常渣的催化装置长周期运行防结焦、降尾燃和防中毒等要点,根据实际运行经验,提出部分应对措施,供其他催化装置参考。The long-term operation of catalytic cracking unit is a necessary condition to maximize benefits,a manifestation and development trend of catalytic cracking technology progress.The long-term operation of catalytic cracking unit is affected by many factors,such as the characteristics of feedstock oil which play an important role.The catalytic unit with pure processing of atmospheric residue has more formation of coke,large charring load,easy burning of tail gas and easy poisoning of catalyst,which is not conducive to the long-term operation of the unit.In this paper,the key points of long-term operation of catalytic unit which processing atmospheric residue separately of a refinery in Henan province,such as coking prevention,alleviate afterburning and anti-metallic contamination,are listed as examples.According to the actual operation experience,a reference is provided for other catalytic units.
