摘　　要：病理学是一门基础性学科,同时也是一门实践运用性非常强的学科。病理学主要研究人体发生疾病的原因及其机制,以及疾病发展过程中的组织结构形态改变、代谢功能改变、疾病预后转归。病理学是基础医学和临床医学的桥梁学科,病理学课程教学质量直接影响着医学生的培养质量。中国科学技术大学附属第一医院临床病理中心是整合中国科学技术大学病理教研室和医院病理科于一体的综合功能体,在不断增强的教学压力下,该中心通过不断优化教学模式,提高教学质量。作者对近年来在病理学课程教学过程中积累的经验进行探讨,旨在为病理学课程教学改革提供一点参考意见。Pathology is a basic medical discipline that studies the causes,mechanisms,morphological and structural changes,metabolic function changes,and prognosis of diseases in the process of disease development,meanwhile,pathology is a bridging discipline that connects basic medicine and clinical medicine.The quality of pathology teaching will directly affect the quality of medical students.The First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China(USTC)integrates the teaching and research office of pathology of USTC with the department of pathology from hospital.A lot of problems have occurred under increasing teaching pressure.The department of pathology continuously optimized teaching mode and improved the teaching quality through many measures.This paper provided some suggestions on the teaching experience accumulated in the course of undergraduate pathology education in recent years.
