摘 要:实施新经管战略,培育大学生核心素养,二者的逻辑起点和目标指向是一致的,都是为了提高人才培养的社会适应度和结果满意度。学术绩效主义下的教师考核评价机制、宽松的学业评价制度,是新经管战略中培育大学生核心素养的主要制约因素。坚持人才培养是高校本质职能的教育价值观,构建高水平应用型人才培养体系,促进教师回归教书育人的本分,构建师生深度融合的学习共同体,是推进新经管战略的主要着力点。The logical starting-point and ultimate objective are consistent between the implementation of the strategy of new economy and management and the cultivation of key competency of undergraduates,both of them are aimed at improving the social adaptability and result satisfaction of talents training.Evaluation mechanism for teachers under academic performance dimension and easy academic evaluation system are the main constraints to cultivate key competencies of undergraduates in the construction of new economy and management.It is the main focus for the promotion of strategy of new economy and management to adhere to the fact that the cultivation of talents is the value of the fundamental function of universities,to build a high-level applied talent training system,to promote teachers to return to their obligation of imparting knowledge and educating students and to establish a learning community with the deep integration between teachers and undergraduates.
