雷尼替丁结合康复新液治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡效果及对免疫功能、疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：【目的】探讨雷尼替丁结合康复新液治疗老年复发性口腔溃疡的效果及对免疫功能、疼痛程度的影响。【方法】选择2017年2月至2018年1月老年复发性口腔溃疡患者98例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加雷尼替丁结合康复新液治疗,对两组患者治疗效果、免疫功能、炎性因子水平、疼痛程度等进行观察。【结果】观察组治疗总有效率为95.92%,明显高于对照组75.51%(P<0.05);两组治疗前的CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫指标差异无统计学意义,观察组治疗后上述免疫指标水平高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前的TNF-α、CRP、IL-2等炎性因子水平无明显差异,观察组治疗后上述炎性因子水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前的疼痛视觉模拟评分法差异无统计学意义,观察组患者治疗后的评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。【结论】雷尼替丁结合康复新液用于老年复发性口腔溃疡治疗中效果满意,可调节机体免疫功能,减轻炎性因子水平,减轻疼痛程度,值得推广。【Objective】To explore the effect of ranitidine combined with kang fu xin fluid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer in elderly patients and its effect on immune function and pain degree.【Methods】A total of 98 elderly patients with recurrent oral ulcer admitted from Feb 2017 to Jan 2018 were selected for the study, they were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 49 cases in each group, the control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was treated with ranitidine combined with kang fu xin fluid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects, the immune function,the inflammatory factor levels and the pain degree of two groups were observed.【Results】The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.92%, significantly higher than the 75.51% in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the immune indexes such as CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ between the two groups, after treatment, the levels of the above immune indexes in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of inflammatory factors such as TNF-α, CRP and IL-2 between the two groups, after treatment, the levels of the above inflammatory factors in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no significant difference in the visual analog scale(VAS) between the two groups, after treatment,the VAS score in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). 【Conclusion】Ranitidine combined with kang fu xin fluid in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcers in elderly patients with satisfactory results, can regulate thebody’s immune function, control the level of inflammatory factors,reduce the degree of pain, worth promoting.
