城镇劳动者科学素质与技能提升对策研究

摘　　要：城镇劳动者作为经济建设的主力军,在规模不断壮大的同时,科学素质与技能水平也应全面提升。在分析河北省城镇劳动者科学素质基本情况的基础上,概括了近年来加强继续教育和职业培训的主要实践,针对城镇劳动者科学素质与技能提升形式相对单一、监测评估体系不完善等问题,提出了丰富城镇劳动者科学素质提升内容、加强动态跟踪监测与构建终身职业教育体系等方面的对策建议。As the main force of economic development,ability of science and skill levels of urban laborers should also be comprehensively improved while their size keeps growing.This paper analyzes the basic situation of ability of science of urban laborers in Hebei Province,summarizes main practices of strengthening continuing education and vocational training in recent years,and puts forward such countermeasures as enriching the content of improving ability of science and skills of urban laborers,strengthening dynamic tracking and monitoring,and building a lifelong vocational education system specifically for such problems as very few forms of improving ability of science and skills of urban laborers,and imperfection of the monitoring and evaluation system.
