摘　　要：OBE教育理念强调以“学生学习效果”为中心的精心组织、科学评价、持续改进的教学活动,确保学生获得在社会上从事专业领域工作应具备的能力和素质.基于OBE教育理念,从培养高校学生的实践能力和创新能力出发,在分析传统实践教学特征的基础上,提出了符合社会人才需求的实践教学改革措施,以激发学生对专业知识的学习兴趣和主动学习的动力,提高学生的综合素质.The OBE education concept emphasizes the teaching activities of elaborate organization,scientific as⁃sessment and continuous improvement centered on“students’learning effect”,so as to ensure that the students acquire the necessary competencies for professional work in society.Based on the OBE education concept,start⁃ing from the training of college students’practical and innovative ability,and on the basis of analyzing the char⁃acteristics of traditional practical teaching,this paper puts forward the practical teaching reform measures to meet the needs of social talents.In addition,it can stimulate students’interest in professional learning and motivation of active learning,and improve students’comprehensive quality.
