摘　　要：以一种宽量程标准电能表设计过程为例,介绍宽量程标准电能表的电流、电压采样电路、信号处理、控制及通讯电路整个研发设计过程,设计过程给出关键信号处理算法。Taking the design process of a wide range standard watt hour meter as an example,this paper introduces the whole R&D and design process of the current and voltage sampling circuit,signal processing,control and communication circuit of the wide range standard watt hour meter,and gives the key signal processing algorithm in the design process.
