煤炭腐植酸医药的中医中药学基础剖析

摘　　要：煤炭腐植酸医药研究与应用再度焕发光彩,特别是针对一些多发疾病和重大疾病,例如,癌症、糖尿病、心脑血管疾病、艾滋病等的防治和药理研究方面展现了新的活力。然而,煤炭腐植酸医药研究也面临一些新的问题与挑战,生物活性组分与作用机理研究薄弱,药理和毒理研究不够成熟,没有统一的评价方法和国家标准等,甚至出现相互矛盾的研究结论。针对上述问题,本文以传统中医五行学说为主线,提出了煤炭腐植酸医药的中医中药学基础概念,希望对煤炭腐植酸医药的研究开发、标准制订能够产生特定的启迪或促进作用。The medical research and application of coal humic acid is shining again,especially for the prevention and treatment of some multiple diseases and major diseases,such as cancer,diabetes,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,AIDS and other aspects of pharmacological research show new vitality.However,the pharmaceutical research of coal humic acid also faces some new problems and challenges,such as the weak research on biological active components and mechanism of action,immature pharmacological and toxicological research,no unified evaluation methods and national standards,and even contradictory research conclusions.In view of the above problems,this paper,based on the Five Elements theory of traditional Chinese medicine,puts forward the basic concept of coal humic acid medicine in traditional Chinese medicine,hoping to have a specific enlightenment or promotion effect on the research and development of coal humic acid medicine and the formulation of standards.
