摘 要:针对液压分流同步精度低的难题,围绕负载偏差和流量变化两大影响因素,从分流元件和同步系统两方面研究了负载敏感变速分流同步的驱动原理.构建了负载敏感变速分流同步驱动系统,改变了分流阀的结构,提出基于"变速分流-偏载补偿-负载敏感"的新型分流原理,建立了新型分流阀和同步系统的仿真模型.仿真结果表明:在变速和时变偏载工况下,新型同步系统的分流精度为-0.23%-0.14%,位置精度为0.14%-1.54%,均远高于传统的同步系统.从原理性误差补偿的角度提高了分流阀及其同步系统抵抗动静偏载和流量变化的能力,实现了高精度、高效率和高可靠性的变速同步驱动,为恶劣工况下的高性能液压同步驱动提供了解决方案.Aiming at the problem of low synchronization accuracy of hydraulic dividing flow synchronous drive, the research on principle of variable speed flow dividing synchronous drive in load-sensing control was carried out from two aspects of flow dividing elements and synchronous system based on the two factors of load deviation and flow change.A variable speed synchronous drive scheme in load sensitive control was established. The flow dividing valve structure was innovated. And a novel flow dividing principle based on "variable speed flow dividing-partial load compensation-load sensing" was put forward, and then simulation models of the new flow dividing valve and its synchronous system were established. The simulation results show that under the conditions of variable speed and time-varying unbalanced load,the new synchronous system achieves a dividing error of-0.23% to0.14% and a position error of 0.14% to 1.54%,and its accuracy is much higher than that of traditional systems.This work improves the ability of resisting static and dynamic partial loads and flow change from the perspective of full compensation of principle errors,and realizes the variable-speed synchronous drive with high precision, high efficiency and high reliability, provides a solution for high performance synchronous drive in harsh conditions.
