摘 要:为使政府及充电桩运营企业能够根据更准确的用户反馈进行充电桩有序建设,提出基于改进变权云模型的公共充电桩满意度评价模型.首先,以用户感知服务为切入点,从感知质量、用户期望和感知价值3个维度,构建10个评价指标的新能源汽车公共充电桩用户满意度评价体系;其次,在此基础上引入变权理论和博弈论集结模型组合改进变权,得到满意度评价指标的综合权重;再次,根据云模型理论将评价指标数据和评价标准通过云算法转化为对应的云参数和云图;最后,应用该模型对湖州市公共充电桩用户满意度进行综合评价.结果表明:湖州市公共充电桩用户满意度总体为“一般偏较好”状态.该模型的评价结果更符合实际,可为改善公共充电桩使用现状并提高其利用率提供理论依据.In order to make the governments and the charging post enterprises construct the charging post orderly according to more accurate user feedbacks,an improved variable weight cloud model is proposed.Firstly,based on user-perceived service,this paper constructs a new energy vehicle public charging post user satisfaction evaluation system with 10 evaluation indexes from 3 dimensions:perceived quality,user expectation and perceived value.On this basis,the variable weight theory and game theory aggregation model are introduced to improve the variable weight,and the comprehensive weight of satisfaction evaluation index can be obtained.Then,the evaluation index data and evaluation criteria are transformed into corresponding cloud parameters and cloud images by cloud algorithm based on cloud model theory.Finally,the model is applied to evaluating the customer satisfaction of public charging pile in Huzhou.The result shows the overall user satisfaction of public charging piles in Huzhou is“generally better”,and the evaluation result of the model is more in line with the reality,which can provide a theoretical basis for how to improve the use status of public charging pile and improve its utilization rate.
