摘　　要：目的:对部队干部进行体质量管理,建立适合该人群的体质量管理模式。方法:从参加2016年体检的机关干部中随机抽取单纯性超重及肥胖患者160例作为研究对象,干预随访12个月,得到有效样本102例,其年龄27~55岁,平均年龄(40.4±7.6)岁。结果:经过1年的强化营养管理和强制体能管理,研究对象的体质指数从(28.42±2.81)kg/m^(2) 下降到(24.69±2.63)kg/m^(2) (P<0.05),腰围从(91.09±8.24)cm下降到(85.26±7.76)cm(P<0.05)。吸烟所占比例从35.3%下降到12.7%(P<0.05);饮酒比例从70.6%下降到47.1%(P<0.05)。结论:强制体质量管理和常态化巩固维持,从饮食、运动和心理方面进行干预,实现部队干部人群由被动控制体质量到主动自我管理健康的思维转变,有显著效果。Objective:To carry out weight management for military cadres and establish a weight management mode suitable for this population.Methods:160 simply overweight and obese patients were randomly selected from the cadres who participated in the physical examination in 2016 as the research objects.After intervention and follow-up for 12 months,102 effective samples were obtained,age 27-55 years,average(40.4±7.6)years.Results:After 1 year of intensive nutrition management and forced physical fitness management,the body mass index(BMI)fell from(28.42±3.81)kg/m^(2)to(24.69±2.63)kg/m^(2)(P<0.05),waist circumference decreased from(91.09±8.24)cm to(85.26±7.76)cm(P<0.05).proportion of smoking decreased from 35.3%to 12.7%(P<0.05);drinking alcohol decreased from 70.6%to 47.1%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The practice showed that the short-term intensified weight loss,long-term maintenance,exercise and psychological intervention,had changed the cadres population from passive to active on the weight control and self-management with remarkable effects,therefore such intervention is worthy of promoting.
