摘　　要：名老中医的学术传承是中医学术发展与创新的重要手段,如何厘清传承的关键环节与要素,做好战略布局,并利用现代的理念、方法与技术,提高学术传承的效果,结合现代知识管理理念与信息技术方法,从对名老中医学术的"传授""继承""创新"3个方面进行总结与思考,以期进一步提高教学质量。The academic inheritance of prestigious TCM physicians is an important means for the academic development and innovation of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper analyzes the key elements and strategies of the academic inheritance and innovation of prestigious TCM physicians. It also advocates the application of modern management,technological methods and techniques to enhance the effects of inheritance and innovation. It further reflects on quality improvement from teaching,inheriting and innovating. In conjunction with the concept of modern knowledge management and the method of information technology,this paper attempts to understand and reflect on the "teaching","inheritance"and "innovation"of academic thoughts of prestigious TCM physicians.
