摘　　要：当现实生活里的具体性事件借助网络平台发展成为公共性事件时,如何形成网络事件的共性认知成为网络事件研究进程中的必然议题。本研究对2009年至2016年《中国社会舆情年度报告》蓝皮书74起网络事件的分析发现:日常生活中的具体网络事件如果涉及社会发展进程中的焦点话题且事件在媒介平台发酵后,就会存在明显化的事件形态特性重合。具体网络事件通过片面情节极化、私人情感移置以及焦点借口游离的相似机制运作后,会进一步扩大彼此之间的衍生性后果。不论事件的性质怎么变化,任何网络事件都是特定社会情境里所发生的事件,它仍然与现实生活里的个体化自由表达权利、自发性情感流露以及回旋性事件秩序的情境空间状态相关联。因此,网络事件治理需在共性认知的基础上就事件的发展状态做出即时预判,进而将网络舆论有效引导在"就事论事"的商谈情境中,最终让事件回归常态并走向平息。Through the analysis of 74 internet events on"Annual Report of Social Public Opinions in China"from 2009 to 2016,it found that if specific internet events involve focal topics in the process of social development and are fermented on the media platforms,there will be obvious overlaps in the morphological characteristics of those events.No matter how the nature of the event changes,any network event is an event that occurs in a specific social context,and it is still related to the situational state of individualized rights of free speech,spontaneous emotions,and the order of convoluted events in real life.Therefore,internet event governance needs to make real-time predictions on the development status of the event on the basis of common cognition,so as to effectively guide the online public opinion back to normalcy and rationality.
