摘　　要：《伤寒论》第262条中:“伤寒瘀热在里,身必黄,麻黄连轺赤小豆汤主之”。本条中的“伤寒”并非指外感表证,因《伤寒论》中若见表证,必先解表。而麻黄连轺赤小豆汤证以瘀热在里、病位偏表为基本病机,故此“伤寒”泛指疾病的病因,即起病之初感受风寒之邪,最终入里,转化为里实热证。麻黄连轺赤小豆汤以“利法”“汗法”为主,表里同治、寒热并用、内清湿热、外解郁闭,融利小便与发汗于一体,“开鬼门,洁净府”。现代临床多用其治疗急、慢性肾小球肾炎、IgA肾病以及痤疮等疾病,疗效显著。In article 262 of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,it is said that"the body will be yellow when the blood stasis and heat of febrile diseases are in the body,and Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction can be used".The term"febrile diseases"in this article does not refer to exterior syndrome,because if exterior syndrome is found in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,the exterior syndrome must be solved first.The basic pathogenesis of syndrome of Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction is that blood stasis and heat are in the interior and the location of the disease is on the surface.Therefore,"febrile diseases"generally refers to the etiology of the disease,that is,feeling the evil of wind cold at the beginning of the disease,and finally entering the interior and transforming into the syndrome of excess heat in the interior.Mahuang Lianyao Chixiaodou Decoction is mainly used for"diuresis"and"perspiration".It can treat both exterior and interior,cold and heat,clearing dampness and heat in the interior,relieving depression in the exterior,and integrating diuresis and perspiration,that is"facilitate urination through perspiration".It is widely used in the treatment of acute and chronic glomerulonephritis,IgA nephropathy and acne.
