摘 要:目的通过检测根尖肉芽肿及根尖囊肿中亲环素A(cyclophilins A,CyPA)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)的表达,为进一步研究根尖肉芽肿及根尖囊肿的骨破坏机制提供理论基础。方法随机选取根尖周病损组织32例作为实验组,取8例因正畸需要拔除的健康前磨牙牙髓作为对照组,应用免疫组化染色检测CyPA、MMP-9的表达情况。测量实验组病损区域骨密度值均值,分析CyPA、MMP-9与病损区骨密度的相关性。结果免疫组化结果显示,CyPA及MMP-9在实验组的表达量均高于对照组(P<0.05);MMP-9的水平与CyPA的水平呈正相关(P<0.05);CyPA与MMP-9蛋白的表达与根尖周炎骨密度值均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论CyPA和MMP-9直接或间接通过根尖周炎的炎症发展过程影响根尖区骨质的破坏。Objective To detect the expression of cyclophilins A(CyPA)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)in apical granuloma and radicular cyst to provide a theoretical basis for further studying the bone destruction mechanism of apical granuloma and radicular cyst.Methods 32 cases of periapical lesions were randomly selected into the experimental group,and 8 cases of healthy premolar pulp needed to be removed for orthodontic treatment were selected into the control group.The expression of CyPA and MMP-9 was detected by immunohistochemical staining.Results Immunohistochemical results showed that the expression levels of CyPA and MMP-9 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The level of MMP-9 was positively correlated with that of CyPA(P<0.05).The expression of CyPA and MMP-9 protein was negatively correlated with bone mineral density of periapical periodontitis(P<0.05).Conclusion CyPA and MMP-9 directly or indirectly affect the destruction of bone in the apical region through the inflammatory development of periapical periodontitis.
