摘　　要：奥氏(Auer)小体多出现在髓细胞白血病中,在淋巴细胞白血病中极少出现,本例患者细胞胞浆内可见Auer小体,通过细胞形态学检查、流式免疫表型、分子生物学、细胞遗传学检查,根据WHO 2008的诊断标准,最终诊断为慢性淋巴细胞白血病。由此可以判断出慢性淋巴细胞白血病中可出现Auer小体,为日后的淋巴系统肿瘤的诊断提供经验。Auer bodies are more common in myeloid leukemia than in lymphoblastic leukemia.Auer bodies could be seen in the cytoplasm of the cells of this patient,who was finally diagnosed with chronic lymphocytic leukemia according to the WHO 2008 diagnostic criteria by cytomorphological examination,flow immunophenotype,molecular biology and cytogenetics examination.Thus,AUER bodies can be found in chronic lymphoblastic leukemia,providing experience for the diagnosis of lymphatic system tumors in the future.
