^(67)Ga-Cit显像、CT检查对口腔颌面部肿瘤的诊断效能比较

摘　　要：目的比较^(67)Ga-枸橼酸(Git)显像与CT检查对口腔颌面部肿瘤的诊断效能。方法选取平顶山学院第二附属医院2018年1月至2020年3月收治的65例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者为研究对象,术前均进行^(67)Ga-Git显像与CT检查,分析其影像学特征,并以手术病理检查结果作为金标准,比较两者的诊断效能。结果65例口腔颌面部肿瘤患者经手术病理检查,良性42例,恶性23例。^(67)Ga-Cit显像对良性肿瘤的检出率为85.71%,与CT检查的76.19%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);^(67)Ga-Cit显像对恶性肿瘤的检出率为95.65%,高于CT检查的47.83%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。^(67)Ga-Cit显像与CT检查对直径为0~2.0、2.1~4.0、>4.0 cm的口腔颌面部肿瘤检出情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。^(67)Ga-Cit显像与CT检查对口腔颌面部肿瘤诊断的灵敏度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但^(67)Ga-Cit显像对口腔颌面部肿瘤诊断的特异度、准确度均高于CT检查,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与CT检查相比,^(67)Ga-Cit显像诊断口腔颌面部肿瘤的特异度、准确度高,临床价值显著,值得推广应用。临床可结合^(67)Ga-Cit显像与CT检查诊断口腔颌面部肿瘤,以此准确评估肿瘤的性质,并为手术的实施提供依据。Objective To compare of the diagnostic efficacy of ^(67)Ga-citric acid(Git)imaging and CT examination in oral and maxillofacial tumors.Methods A total of 65 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors admitted in the second affiliated hospital of Pingdingshan university from January 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined with ^(67)Ga-Git imaging and CT examination before operation,and the imaging characteristics were analyzed.The examination results of surgical pathology were taken as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods.Results The 65 patients with oral and maxillofacial tumors were examined by surgical pathology,and 42 were benign and 23 were malignant.The detection rate of ^(67)Ga-Git imaging in the diagnosis of benign tumor was 85.71%,which was no significant difference compared with 76.19%of CT examination(P>0.05);the detection rate of ^(67)Ga-Git imaging in the diagnosis of malignant tumor was 95.65%,which was higher than 47.83%of CT examination,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the detection of oral and maxillofacial tumors with diameter of 0-2.0,2.1-4.0 and>4.0 cm between ^(67)Ga-Git imaging and CT examination(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the sensitivity of ^(67)Ga-Git imaging and CT examination in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors(P>0.05),but the specificity and accuracy of ^(67)Ga-Git imaging in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors were higher than those of CT examination,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with CT examination,^(67)Ga-Git imaging has high specificity and accuracy in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors,with significant clinical value,which is worthy of popularization and application.The ^(67)Ga-Git imaging combined with CT examination in the diagnosis of oral and maxillofacial tumors can be performed in clinic,so as to accurately evaluate the nature of t
