摘  要:目的构建规范的临床青年教师教学及基本技能评价指标体系,为临床青年教师教学及基本技能评价提供考核工具,从而提高医院临床教学质量。方法通过文献搜集和德尔菲法等方法构建临床青年教师教学及基本技能评价指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标体系的权重。结果3轮咨询后专家积极性系数为100%、71.63%和73.76%;专家权威系数均>0.85;3轮德尔菲法的一级指标专家协调系数为0.172、0.127和0.123,且具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。构建出4个一级指标、11个二级指标、47个三级指标的三级医院临床青年教师教学及基本技能评价指标体系,各级指标一致性Cr<0.10,一、二、三级指标均通过一致性检验。结论本研究建立的指标体系具有全面性和科学性,方法有效可靠,可为今后医院的临床教学质量评价工作提供参考依据。Objective Establish To establish a standardized evaluation index system for teaching and basic skills of young clinical teachers,and provide assessment tools for teaching and basic skills evaluation of young clinical teachers,so as to effectively improve the quality of hospital clinical teaching.Methods The evaluation index system of teaching and basic skills of young clinical teachers was constructed through literature collection and Delphi method,and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was used to determine the weight of the index system.Results Expert enthusiasm coefficients after three rounds of consultation are were 100%,71.63%,and 73.76%;.Expert authority coefficients are were all greater than 0.85;the first-level index expertcoordination system of the three-round Delphi method is was 0.172,0.127,0.123,and it is was statistically significant(P<0.01).Constructed an evaluation index system for teaching and basic skills of young clinical teachers in tertiary hospitals with An evaluation index system for teaching and basic skills of young clinical teachers in tertiary hospitals has been constructed with 4 first-level indicators,11 second-level indicators,and 47 third-level indicators.The consistency of indicators at all levels was Cr<0.10,and the first,second,and third-level indicators All passed the consistency test.Conclusion The index system established in this study is was comprehensive and scientific,and the method is was effective and reliable.It can could provide reference for the evaluation of clinical teaching quality in hospitals.
