双极电凝联合手术刀应用在乳腺癌手术中的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨双极电凝联合手术刀应用在乳腺癌手术中的效果。方法:选取2017年1月~2019年1月本院收治的110例乳腺癌患者,根据不同止血方式分为两组,对照组(n=55)接受电刀止血,观察组(n=55)接受双极电凝止血,对比两组患者手术指标和CRE、并发症发生率以及生活质量。结果:观察组手术时间明显短于对照组,出血量和CRE、并发症发生率以及QLQ-BR23评分明显低于对照组,拔管时间明显快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:双极电凝联合手术刀治疗乳腺癌疗效显著,可缩短拔管时间,预防CRE,并降低并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of bipolar electrocoagulation combined with scalpel in the operation of breast cancer.Methods:110 breast cancer patients in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were divided into two groups according to different hemostasis methods.The control group(n=55)received electrosurgical hemostasis,and the observation group(n=55)received bipolar electrocoagulation hemostasis.The operation indexes,CRE,incidence of complications and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the bleeding volume,CRE,complication rate and QLQ-BR23 score were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the extubation time was significantly faster than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bipolar electrocoagulation combined with scalpel is effective in the treatment of breast cancer.It can shorten the time of extubation,prevent CRE and reduce the complications.
