摘　　要：目的:探讨医院以HRP信息系统为基础构建植入性医疗器械全流程供应链追溯的管理模式。方法:耗材管理部门通过HRP系统供应商平台收集产品院外供应链资料,佐证原材料、生产、检验、储存及物流等多个环节的安全合规。HRP信息系统分别与OA系统、HIS系统、财务管理系统做接口,耗材管理部门在HRP系统内顺利完成植入性医疗器械的申购、入库、保管、出库及盘点工作。植入性医疗器械通过“一物一码”的扫描技术完成成本核算及使用追溯。结果:全流程供应链追溯实现了植入性医疗器械的闭环管理。结论:基于HRP系统的供应链管理极大地提升了医院对植入性医疗器械的管理水平和决策能力。Objective:To explore the management mode of the whole process supply chain traceability of implantable medical devices based on HRP information system.Methods:The consumables management department collects the supply chain information outside hospital through the HRP system supplier platform to prove the safety and compliance of raw materials,production,inspection,storage and logistics.HRP system interfaces with OA system,HIS system and financial management system respectively.The consumables management department has successfully completed the procurement,warehousing,and making an inventory of medical consumables in HRP system.The management of“one item for one code”constitute cost accounting and a traceable closed loop for implantable medical devices.Conclusion:The supply chain management based on HRP system realizes the fine management and whole process tracing of implantable medical devices,which greatly improves the management level and decision-making ability of the hospital for medical consumables.
