摘　　要：[目的]研制适合我国脂肪肝患者的生命质量测定量表(QLICD-FLD)的特异模块,以结合共性模块形成完整量表。[方法]采取结构化决策方式由议题小组和核心小组提出条目形成初步量表,对20例医患人员进行访谈和预调查,对110例脂肪肝患者进行测试版调查,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫系数法、患者重要性评分、医生重要性评分6种方法进行分析,结合核心小组讨论对条目进行筛选。[结果]采用上述6种方法最终筛选出11个条目作为脂肪肝患者生命质量量表特异模块的条目。[结论]脂肪肝生命质量测定量表特异模块严格按程序执行,具有较好的代表性和内容效度。[Objective]To develop a specific module of the quality of life instruments for Chinese patients with fatty liver, and to establish the scale of QLICD-FLD with the general module.[Methods]Adopt the structured decision-making method including the nominal group and the focus group discussions, the preliminary scale was formed by the items proposed.Interviews and pre-surveys were conducted on 20 medical professionals and patients with fatty liver, and a beta survey was conducted on 110 patients with fatty liver.The data were analyzed by 6 methods including variances, correlation coefficient, factor analysis, Cronbach coefficient method, patient importance score and doctor importance score, and the items were screened by the statistical analysis and the focus group discussions.[Results]Using the above six methods, 11 items were selected as the specific module of the quality of life scale for fatty liver patients.[Conclusion]The specific module of the quality of life scale for fatty liver was of good representativeness and content validity with carrying out strictly according to the procedures.
