摘 要:[目的]分析失代偿期乙肝肝硬化并黄疸患者的危险因素。[方法]选择失代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者共156例,根据其是否合并有黄疸,分为无黄疸组(74例)和黄疸组(82例),对2组的性别、年龄、凝血酶原活动度(PTA)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、肌酐(Scr)、胆碱酯酶(ChE)、血氨、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、乙肝病毒(HBV)DNA、血钠(血Na)及常见并发症情况进行分析比较。[结果]黄疸组与无黄疸组ALB、Scr、血氨、ChE比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),HBV DNA、ALT、AST、PTA、CRP、PCT、血Na比较均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]失代偿期乙肝肝硬化并黄疸患者PTA、血Na水平降低,ALT、AST、PTA、CRP、PCT、HBV DNA高是失代偿期乙肝肝硬化患者合并黄疸的危险因素。[Objective]To explore the risk factors of patients with decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis with jaundice.[Methods]A total of 156patients with decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis who were treated in the Meng Chao Hepatobiliary Hospital of Fujian Medical University from April 2015to October 2019 were selected.The patients were divided into jaundice group with 82cases and none-jaundice group with 74 cases.[Results]There was significant difference in levels of HBV DNA,ALT,AST,PTA,CRP,PCT and blood Na between two groups.There were no significantly differences on the levels of ALB,Scr,serum ammonia and ChE between the two group(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Decreased levels of PTA and blood Na,and high levels of ALT,AST,PTA,CRP,PCT and HBV DNA are risk factors of decompensated HBV-related cirrhosis patients with jaundice.
