摘 要:[目的]探讨儿童慢性胃炎患儿食物不耐受的检测意义,了解饮食干预在慢性胃炎治疗中的作用。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测90例慢性胃炎患儿血清中14种常见食物特异性IgG抗体,分析患儿对不同食物不耐受的情况。并将食物不耐受阳性患儿分为观察组和对照组,对照组不限制饮食,观察组忌食不耐受食物,比较治疗4周时2组治疗效果。[结果]90例患儿中,食物不耐受特异性IgG检测阳性者82例,阳性率91.11%。不耐受食物占前3位的是鸡蛋、小麦、牛奶。年龄越小食物不耐受阳性率越高,性别之间食物不耐受阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组给予饮食干预后,治疗有效率高于对照组(86.96%∶61.11%,P<0.05)。[结论]慢性胃炎患儿存在不同程度的食物不耐受现象,与性别无关,与年龄有关,年龄越小,食物不耐受现象发生率越高。饮食干预对慢性胃炎患儿食物不耐受有效。[Objective]To explore the significance of food intolerance in children with chronic gastritis,and to observe the role of dietary intervention in the treatment of chronic gastritis.[Methods]Enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)was used to detect 14kinds of food-specific serum IgG antibodies in 90children with chronic gastritis.The patients with different food intolerance were analyzed.The patients with positive food intolerance were divided into observation group and control group.The control group did not restrict diet,while the observation group avoided intolerance of food.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared after four weeks of treatment.[Results]Among the 90patients,82cases were positive in the detection of serum food specific IgG antibody with a total positive rate of 91.11%.The top three food intolerances were eggs,wheat and milk.The younger the age,the higher the positive rate of food intolerance was.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of food intolerance between the sexes(P>0.05).After giving dietary intervention,it was found that the effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(86.96%∶61.11%,P<0.05).[Conclusion]Children with chronic gastritis have different degrees of food intolerance,not related to gender,but related to age.The younger the age,the higher the incidence of food intolerance is.Dietary intervention is effective for food intolerance in children with chronic gastritis.
