摘　　要：目的研究康艾注射液辅助治疗晚期肺癌的疗效及对相关细胞因子的影响。方法选取2017年6月~2019年6月收治的138例非小细胞肺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其分为研究组(n=69)及对照组(n=69)。两组患者均采用紫杉醇联合顺铂(TP方案)进行化疗,研究组患者在化疗方案治疗的基础上,第1天加用康艾注射液静脉滴注,每次40 ml,连续治疗10 d。21 d为1个疗程,连续应用2个疗程。对两组患者的临床疗效及相关细胞因子水平以及不良反应情况进行分析。结果两组患者经过两个周期治疗后,临床效果差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后IFN-γ与IL-2水平较治疗前升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。细胞因子VEGF、SIL-2R、IL-10、TGF-β、IL-17、1L-23均较治疗前降低,且研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组发生恶心呕吐、口腔黏膜炎、血小板减少以及中性粒细胞减少的不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康艾注射液可通过联合TP方案治疗肺癌晚期患者,能够降低肿瘤相关细胞因子的表达以及减少化疗引起的毒副作用。Objective To study the curative effect of Kang'ai injection in adjuvant treatment of advanced lung cancer and its influence on related cytokines.Methods From June 2017 to June 2019,138 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were selected as research objects,and were divided into study group(n=69)and control group(n=69)according to random number table.Patients in both groups were treated with litaxel combined with cisplatin.Patients in the study group were treated with Kang'ai injection(40 ml each time)for 10 consecutive days on the first day.21 days is a course of treatment,and two courses of treatment are applied continuously.Clinical efficacy of two groups of patients;The levels of related cytokines and adverse reactions were analyzed.Results After two cycles of treatment,there was no significant difference in clinical effect between the two groups.After treatment,the levels of IFN-γand IL-2 were higher than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of cytokines VEGF,SIL-2R,IL-10,TGF-β,IL-17 and 1L-23 were lower than those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Adverse reactions of nausea and vomiting,oral mucositis,thrombocytopenia and neutropenia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group.Conclusion Kang'ai injection can treat patients with advanced lung cancer by combining TP regimen,which can reduce the expression of tumor-related cytokines and reduce the toxic and side effects caused by chemotherapy.
