摘　　要：目的探讨奥沙利铂治疗直肠癌患者发生神经毒性的高危因素。方法回顾性分析2017年10月~2020年10月完成奥沙利铂6个周期治疗的50例直肠癌患者临床资料。统计神经毒性反应发生现状,并收集所有患者基线资料,经单因素与多因素分析奥沙利铂治疗直肠癌患者发生神经毒性反应的影响因素。结果化疗期间,50例奥沙利铂化疗的直肠癌患者出现神经毒性11例,占22.00%(11/50)。经Logistic回归分析显示,肿瘤分期为Ⅲ期及以上、化疗药物蓄积量大、化疗前血小板计数低是奥沙利铂化疗结肠癌患者出现神经毒性反应影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05)。结论肿瘤分期Ⅲ期及以上、化疗药物蓄积大、化疗前血小板计数低是奥沙利铂化疗结肠癌患者出现神经毒性反应的影响因素,临床可据此实施干预措施。Objective To investigate the high risk factors of neurotoxicity in patients with rectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin. Methods The clinical data of 50 patients with rectal cancer who completed 6 cycles of oxaliplatin treatment in our hospital from October 2017 to October 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The incidence of neurotoxicity was statistically analyzed, and baseline data of all patients were collected. The influencing factors of neurotoxicity in patients with rectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin were analyzed by univariate and multivariate analysis. Results During chemotherapy, 11 cases(22.00%) had neurotoxicity in 50 cases of rectal cancer treated with oxaliplatin. Logistic regression analysis showed that stage Ⅲ and above, large volume of chemotherapy drugs and low platelet count before chemotherapy were the influencing factors of neurotoxicity in patients with colon cancer treated with oxaliplatin(OR > 1, P < 0.05). Conclusion Tumor stage Ⅲ and above, large accumulation of chemotherapeutic drugs and low platelet count before chemotherapy are the influencing factors of neurotoxicity in patients with colon cancer treated with oxaliplatin. The clinical intervention measures can be implemented accordingly.
