摘  要:为了分析顺层上行钻孔轨迹偏差距离规律,在掌握示范钻场工作面煤岩分布、瓦斯赋存、水文地质等情况的基础上,结合项目示范的钻孔施工要求,设计了多组测量用钻孔参数,使用专业的钻孔轨迹测量仪器检测钻孔的实际轨迹。在岩性分析和轨迹数据的基础上,利用数据分析软件对工作面300个钻孔轨迹偏差距离进行了处理,得出了顺层上行钻孔上下偏差、左右偏差、百米平均偏差的分析数据,最终可为钻孔智能设计、无人化智能钻进提供必要的数据支撑。In order to analyze the deviation distance rule of upward drilling track along the seam,based on the coal and rock distribution, gas occurrence, hydrogeology and other conditions of the working face of the demonstration drilling field, combined with the drilling construction requirements of the project demonstration, several groups of drilling parameters for measurement were designed. Based on the lithology analysis and trajectory data, the deviation distance of 300 boreholes in the working face were analyzed and processed by using data analysis software. Finally, the analysis data of up and down deviation, left and right deviation and 100 m average deviation of upward drilling along the seam were obtained, which can be used for intelligent design and unmanned intelligent drilling. It can provide necessary data support for drilling rig.
