摘 要:体教融合培养模式是我国立足于促进青少年身心健康发展,旨在加强学校体育工作,推动青少年文化学习和体育锻炼协调发展的一项重要战略方针。本文以体教融合模式下南京市羽毛球后备人才培养为依据,并结合美国后备人才培养的优秀经验给体教融合模式下南京市后备人才的培养提出发展策略。建议应始终贯彻体育融合思想,营造发展环境;实施青少年体育普及强基工程,推动青少年体育竞赛一体化改革;资源调配需要重新分配。The training model of sports and education integration is an important strategic policy in China based on promoting the physical and mental health of young people,aiming to strengthen school sports work and promote the coordinated development of young people’s cultural learning and physical exercise.This article is based on the training of Nanjing badminton reserve talents under the integration of sports and education,and combined with the excellent experience of the United States in the training of reserve talents to propose development strategies for the cultivation of reserve talents in Nanjing under the integration of sports and education.The suggestion is that we should always implement the idea of sports integration and create a development environment;implement the popularization and strong foundation project of youth sports to promote the integrated reform of youth sports competition.Meanwhile,the resource allocation also needs to be redistributed.
