校园足球工作的现实诉求与督导取向

摘　　要：为使督导工作在校园足球工作中发挥更大的作用,运用文献资料等方法,分析了校园足球督导工作的理论基础与现实背景,梳理了当前校园足球工作面临的主要现实诉求,提出校园足球督导工作的未来取向应在以下四个方面加以强化:梳理明确的督导框架与主题、传导校园足球的理念与动力、提升督导工作的专业化水平、持续督导制度的建设与完善。最后提出了防止校园足球督导工作方向偏离的警示。In order to make educational supervision playing more important role in the field of campus football,this paper studies the theoretical basis and practical background of educational supervision in campus football using the method of literature reviews.It analyses the main reality demands in the field of campus football,concludes that the future orientation of educational supervision may be embodied in the following 4 aspects:analyzing the framework and themes of educational supervision,conducting the ideal and power,improving the specialization level of educational supervision,and continuing the construction and improvement of constitution of educational supervision.At last,the paper puts forward the caution for preventing the deviation in the process of supervision.
