我国优秀男子铁饼运动员辛佳准备阶段技术特征分析

摘　　要：本研究采用文献资料法、三维录像解析法、数理统计法和对比分析法,以山东队男子铁饼运动员辛佳在全国投掷项目项群赛(犀浦)的比赛为例,从运动学角度对该选手准备阶段技术特征进行分析,获得辛佳该阶段技术动作的运动学参数及特征,找出其优势及不足,为今后辛佳改进和提高技术提供运动学参数,为今后运动员、教练员的训练提供运动学指标。In this study,using the methods of literature,three-dimensional video analytic and comparative analysis,taking the Shandong discus thrower Xinjia’s competition in the national throwing event group(Xipu),from the perspective of kinematics,the technical characteristics in the preparation stage are analyzed to obtain the kinematic parameters and characteristics of the technical movements of Xin Jia in this stage.Advantages and weakness are find out to provide kinematic parameters for his future skill training,and to provide kinematic indicators for the training of athletes in future.
