摘　　要：基于动态能力理论,构建企业数字化转型影响商业模式调适理论模型,并探讨动态能力在二者间的中介效应。通过295份企业有效问卷,采用PLS结构方程对研究模型进行实证检验。结果表明:企业的数字化转型直接正向影响商业模式调适与动态能力;动态能力对于企业商业模式调适具有直接正向影响;数字化转型通过感知能力、获取能力和重构能力间接正向影响公司商业模式调适。企业应将数字化认知提高到组织战略层面,及时适应内外部环境变迁,通过有侧重地发展动态能力优化来调整公司商业模式。Based on the theory of dynamic capabilities,construct a theoretical model of the impact of enterprise digital transformation on business model adaptation,and discuss the mediating effect of dynamic capabilities between the two.Through 295 enterprise valid questionnaires,the research model was empirically tested using the PLS structural equation method.The results show that the digital transformation of enterprises directly and positively affects business model adaptation and dynamic capabilities;dynamic capabilities have a direct and positive impact on business model adaptation;digital transformation indirectly positively affects the company's business model adaptation through perception,acquisition,and reconfiguration capabilities.Companies should improve their digital cognition to the level of organizational strategy,adapt to changes in internal and external environments promptly,and adjust their business models by focusing on the development of dynamic capability optimization.
