螺旋CT三期增强扫描在胃间质瘤临床诊断中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨螺旋CT三期增强扫描在胃间质瘤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年2月~2019年2月入本院进行临床检查的胃间质瘤患者60例,对患者进行病理学检查,并以螺旋CT平扫与螺旋CT三期增强扫描方式对患者影像学资料进行对比。结果:病理学结果显示,处于高危险度患者14例,处于中危险度患者20例,处于低危险度患者26例。患者在CT平扫与CT三期增强扫描下CT值差异明显,且CT平扫检出率为80%,CT三期增强扫描检出率为100%,数据对比具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:螺旋CT三期增强扫描应用于胃间质瘤临床诊断中准确率较高,具有临床应用价值。Objective:To explore the value of spiral CT three-phase enhanced scanning in the clinical diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors.Methods:60 patients with gastric stromal tumors who underwent clinical examination from February 2018 to February 2019 were enrolled.The patients underwent pathological examination and were treated with spiral CT and spiral CT three-phase enhanced scanning.Imaging data were compared.Results:Pathological findings showed that 14 patients were at high risk,20 were at moderate risk,and 26 were at low risk.The CT value of patients with CT plain scan and CT three-phase enhanced scan was significantly different,and the detection rate of CT scan was 80%.The detection rate of CT three-phase enhanced scan was 100%.The data were statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion:Spiral CT three-phase enhanced scanning has a high accuracy in the clinical diagnosis of gastric stromal tumors and has clinical application value.
