分析超声胃镜在上消化道黏膜下肿物的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:研究通过超声胃镜诊断方法对上消化道黏膜下肿物进行诊断的效果分析。方法:选择2018年12月~2019年12月到本院进行治疗的126例疑似上消化道黏膜下肿物患者作为调查对象,所有患者均选择采用超声胃镜技术进行诊断,同时分析超声胃镜诊断上消化道黏膜下肿物的效率和价值。结果:经过临床病理诊断,126例疑似上消化道黏膜下肿物患者确诊124例,确诊率为98.41%,其余2例患者为误诊,经过超声胃镜诊断得出上消化道黏膜下肿物患者120例,诊断率为95.24%,超声胃镜诊断上消化道黏膜下肿物的敏感度为96.77%,特异度为100.00%,准确度为96.83%;经过超声胃镜诊断显示本文确诊的124例消化道黏膜下肿物存在类癌22例、间质瘤42例、脂肪瘤16例、静脉瘤17例、异位胰腺23例、平滑肌瘤6例。结论:临床通过超声胃镜方案对上消化道黏膜下肿物进行诊断能够发挥理想的诊断效果,可以为临床对患者疾病的诊断和治疗提供帮助。Objective:To study the effect of diagnosing the submucosal mass of the upper gastrointestinal tract by ultrasound gastroscopy.Methods:A total of 126 patients with suspected submucosal mass of upper gastrointestinal tract who were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as survey objects.All patients choose to use ultrasound gastroscopy technology for diagnosis,while analyzing the efficiency and value of ultrasound gastroscopy in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal submucosal masses.Results:After clinical and pathological diagnosis,124 cases of suspected submucosal mass of upper gastrointestinal tract were diagnosed,with a diagnosis rate of 98.41%.The remaining 2 patients were misdiagnosed.120 patients with submucosal mass of upper gastrointestinal tract were diagnosed by ultrasound gastroscopy.The diagnostic rate is 95.24%.The sensitivity of ultrasound gastroscopy to diagnose submucosal masses of the upper gastrointestinal tract is 96.77%,the specificity is 100.00%,and the accuracy is 96.83%.After diagnosis by ultrasound gastroscopy,124 cases of submucosal gastrointestinal tract diagnosed in this paper were diagnosed.There were 22 carcinoid tumors,42 stromal tumors,16 lipomas,17 venous tumors,23 ectopic adenocarcinomas,and 6 leiomyomas.Conclusion:The diagnosis of submucosal mass in upper gastrointestinal tract through ultrasound gastroscopy can provide ideal diagnosis effect,and it can help clinical diagnosis and treatment of patients’diseases.
